We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join a dynamic team for our client in Hayward area in the property management / construction industry. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is looking to grow their accounting career.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with general ledger entries and reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors

? Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Timberline (Sage 300) is required
• Experience with Yardi is a plus
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with property management or construction accounting is highly desirable
